Pltf. claimed that Deft. made an improper U-turn into the path of his motorcycle. Injuries: non-displaced fracture of the hip; bilateral fractured wrists. The right wrist required surgery. Pltf. claimed that he has lost sensation and grip strength. He was hospitalized for 24 days and lost 11 weeks from work.
