Why is it so Important that you Hire an Experienced Life Care Planner for Your Next Catastrophic Injury Case?

Life Care Plan  objectively details the injured person’s long term medical needs. The cost of meeting these needs is researched in the local geographical area where the individual resides and is treated. The costs are compiled into easily understandable charts which can be used as  demonstrative evidence  at trial.

The expert opinions offered are based on an objective assessment of the injured person’s vocational capabilities based on the records review, standardized diagnostic evaluation, vocational testing, and medical cost research in their local geographical area.

A Life Care Plan is required in Catastrophic Injury cases such as Paraplegia, Quadriplegia, Brain Damaged Babies, Cerebral Palsy, Traumatic Brain Injury, Reflex Sympathetic Dystrophy, Chronic Pain Syndrome (RSD), Amputations, Severe Loss of Hearing, Blindness, Psychiatric or Psychological Trauma.

Modified Life Care Plans are performed on cases with failed back syndrome, herniated discs of the neck and low back, total knee replacement, abdominal conditions, one-eye injuries, and badly fractured ankles.

If a case goes to trial, a Life Care Plan expert will work closely with you to better understand the testimony. In addition, a life care plan expert will provide demonstrative exhibits to assist in educating the jury throughout the expert testimony.
