OAS Seminars

OAS is recognized as a Vocational Expert/Life Care Planner accredited by the Supreme Court of New Jersey Board on Continuing Legal Education to provide CLE courses. Since 2012, our team has been pivotal in offering practical, in-depth courses in states like NJ, TX, GA, CA, and FL.

Beyond our educational role, we are proud sponsors at significant legal conferences such as the AAJ, TTLA, and NJAJ, held across the nation. These events serve as key platforms in our mission to deliver first-rate legal education and support major legal associations. Our involvement in these conferences underscores our commitment to the legal community, ensuring our offerings are in step with the dynamic landscape of legal practice.

Our complimentary courses for attorneys, complete with a three-course dinner and cocktail hour, are not just informative but also engaging. Lawyers can earn between 2.0-3.5 CLE credits or more, while enjoying an evening that blends learning with leisure. A popular highlight is our 'Building the House of Damages' course, where we collaborate with experts like vocational analysts, economists, and physicians to illustrate the most effective strategies for maximizing settlements and awards.

Additionally, our partnership with seasoned forensic economists provides invaluable insights on preparing documents from intake to trial. We also feature courses with pain management physicians and personal injury lawyers. Particularly engaging is our mock trial presentation course, where attendees witness the combined expertise of a Vocational Expert, Life Care Planner, and Economist in a simulated courtroom setting.

In the realm of matrimonial/divorce cases, we delve into the critical roles of vocational experts and forensic accountants. These courses address complex issues like Unemployment, Underemployment, and the nuances of cases involving disabled spouses, offering a comprehensive perspective crucial for handling such sensitive matters.
